The way people say words can hurt others emotionally, and also traumatize them. Although words will not hurt people physically, it may cause pressure, and anger, depression and also intimidation. reg 9 : I think that pursuing a career with the gaming industry is not wrong, but it isn't that good either. I think that by pursuing a career like this, one can be rich. It is also creative and fun. However, some of the people create games just to make money, and not care if the games are teaching others the proper values. Youngsters may spend too much time on the game and get addicted, thus resulting in sleep loss. Their grades in school may also drop. Their characters may change and they may become a totally different person from before after getting addicted to a game. Jason Chionh has the creativity and interest in creating games. reg 9 : John should not open the file attachment as he doesn't know the person who sent it to him. He is also unable to verify if the story about the flu is true. The attachment may also contain virus and by opening it, he will harm his own computer and important information in his computer may be lost. He should not buy the medicine. He doesnt even know the person who is asking him to buy the medicine. The medicine may not be safe for consume, and by purchasing it, he will be wasting money and harming himself. It may also be a plot of someone trying to cheat people oftheir money. I think that John should not even have opened the email from a stranger in the first place. reg 9 & 10 : We feel that girls are different from guys and they tend to want to be loved more, and want their relationships to last. Therefore, young girls who are unable to think clearly what's right and what's wrong may just do foolish things on impulse. We feel that going into relationships at such young ages is not really good, as it may affect their studies, which in turn, will affect their future. When they go into a relationship, their boyfriends will be their center. As they will be thinking of their boyfriends most of the time, they will not be able to pay attention in class and maybe even in CCAs. They may also spend too much of their time with their boyfriends and neglect their studies. In our opinion, most relationships of children of this age will not last long. As they grow, they will meet more people, and the chance of them meeting more people of their 'type' will be higher, thus resulting in breakups. However, some of the relationships may carry on for the children's whole life. Therefore, we think that relationships are fine for children who will NOT neglect their studies after going into a relationship but are NOT good for children who will spend all their time dolling up to meet the other party, or will dream all day long of their boyfriends. Anyway, studying is still the main point why we are going to school. |
